The room was clean bedding clean and comfy. The toilet scared the hell out of me when I flushed as the suction and water pressure is top notch. The ac/heat worked flawless. Even though the whole place was booked it was quiet. Unfortunately only was able to get one breakfast in as we were leaving early. The one we had though hit hard and was great. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone traveling

The lake view suites ~ stay from 2-6 Aug 2026 we stayed in room 205 . We booked this last minute. And after arriving we understand why it was still available. Choose it bc it was 20 minutes to the entrance of west Yellowstone and it had Mountain View’s, and the bedroom was separate from the living area . And it had small kitchen area with a stove . So we would not have to eat out. Unfortunately we ate out the kitchen was gross. The stove was dirty still had a used pan in it . The top of the stoves drip pans were completely gross . The stove light had bugs stuck to it and the stove fan filter was caked with grease . Not sure if ever cleaned. Hoping my pictures will be attached. The kitchen sponge was not in a package so not sure if it had been used or not . The front door safety lock did not work. There is only one ac unit which is located in the main area so bedroom does not get any air conditioning unless you leave the bedroom door open and ac unit on full blast and use the portable fan that they have in a closet ( which also is dirty and dusty ) to bring the cool air back to the bedroom . The shelf that holds the small tv did not even fit the space so they used the cable box to hang off the edge and prop up the tv. We don’t mind if places aren’t updated and no elevator or ice machine but when we are spending $500 at night , would like the place to be cleaned/ feel cleaned . We only stayed because we had already paid through a booking site and w

Close to downtown which was good. Parking was a challenge. Advertised a restaurant on site. Then you go there and it’s closed for a private function. Who are they servicing based on that? Surely not the hotel guest. In the rear section of the hotel the air conditioning units were way too loud to sleep with. But, no way you can leave the one window available as each unit is aligned with an outside walkway.
